1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CryptoPilot AI ("the service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
CryptoPilot AI is a software-as-a-service platform offering crypto market analytics, rule-based signals, backtesting, risk calculations and paper trading with simulated funds. It does not execute real trades and does not provide financial advice. See our Risk Disclosure.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be of legal age to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
4. Plans and subscriptions
The service offers a Free plan and paid plans with additional features and limits as described on the pricing page. Paid checkout is not yet available. When it launches, billing, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Features marked "Coming soon" are not yet available.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users' data or bypass plan limits or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to mislead others about its results.
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design and content, is owned by CryptoPilot AI or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own purposes. Market data remains subject to the terms of its original sources.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data, signals or backtests are accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoPilot AI is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the service or other users at risk.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
