- Product data: paper portfolio balances, simulated positions and trade history, and backtest usage records.
- Technical data: basic logs such as browser type, device information and error reports needed to operate and secure the service.
3. Why we process it
- To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
- To provide product features such as saving your paper portfolio and applying plan limits.
- To maintain, troubleshoot and improve the service.
- To communicate with you about your account, such as confirmation and password reset emails.
4. Market data
Market prices are retrieved from public exchange data sources. We do not connect to your exchange accounts and do not ask for exchange API keys.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that host and operate the service on our behalf, or where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep account and product data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
7. Your choices
